Wojciech is responsible for implementation of Max – the voice and chat bot that talks to customers contacting Orange. He is connected with Orange for almost twenty years. He started from reporting and analytics for customer care. His experience includes leading a team managing billing and invoicing process, its quality and performance. He was managing analytics and strategy for electronic channels of customer contacts. He is physicist, he received a PhD in semiconductor physics form Warsaw University.
